Job Description
We are currently recruiting for a Commercial Manager at a dynamic telecommunications company. This is a strategic and commercially focused opportunity for a CA(SA) with strong commercial acumen and a passion for driving business growth. In this role, you will act as a key business partner to senior leadership, ensuring commercial viability, profitability, and effective financial decision-making across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead commercial strategies in collaboration with sales, operations, and executive leadership
- Partner with stakeholders across the business to enable financial sustainability and strategic growth
- Negotiate, review, and manage high-value commercial contracts to ensure alignment with financial and legal requirements
- Prepare financial models for new business initiatives, projects, and investment opportunities
- Perform financial and commercial risk analyses for key decisions and proposals
- Monitor revenue performance and manage cost control initiatives to improve profitability
- CA(SA) qualification is essential
- Minimum of 5 years commercial exposure in a similar role
- Experience with financial/commercial modelling
- Skills:
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
