Commercial Law Attorney position available in Irene, Centurion.
Minimum Requirements:
Presentable and professional Fully bilingual in both Afrikaans & English a must (Full proficiency, verbal and written - Afr & Eng client base) Bachelor of Laws (LLB) Degree completed, and admitted as an Attorney a must Master of Laws (LLM) Degree in Commercial Law / B.Com Finance Degree advantageous Minimum 4 years post admission experience in Commercial Law and Corporate Law a must (Commercial Law specialisation - None Litigious) Fully independently functional Strong contract drafting skills essential Sound knowledge and understanding of corporate and commercial transactions, including M&A's, Corporate Finance, Private Equity, Deal Structuring, Transactional Tax etc. Business intelligence and grasp of commercial transactions Computer literate in MS Office Valid driver's license and own vehicle Stable employment record and contactable references Seeking long term career opportunity with firm Currently residing within daily commuting distance To start as soon as possible
Duties and Responsibilities:
Handling of Commercial and Corporate Law matters for law firm Practical application of prevailing corporate and commercial law Drafting legal contracts, documents and client liaison * General attorney duties
