Job Description


Responsibilities:

Manage policy renewals
Sourcing new business
Handle new application and quotations
Handle and solve client enquiries (all existing business enquiries and potential new clients)
Arrange appointments with clients (on-site meetings)
Maintain MyPractice System
Manage Administrative Documentation (detailed records)
Build and maintain good working relationships
Maintain Service Level agreement deadlines
Ensure FAIS Compliance

Requirements:

Grade 12
Computer literate (MS Outlook, Excel, and Word)
Successfully completed the RE 5 Examination (Representatives)
NQF Level 4 Short Term Insurance qualification
DOFA confirmation from FSCA
A minimum of 3-5 years working experience as a Commercial adviser
Good verbal and written communication skills (Afrikaans and English)
Good administration, organization, and planning skills
Good multi-tasking and time management skills
Highly reliable, adaptable, and resilient
Problem solving
Attention to detail.
Team player
Highly client-focused with good interpersonal skills
Own Transport/drivers license
