Job Description
Our client, a boutique law firm situated in Paarl, Western Cape, is seeking a commercial associate attorney. Responsibilities:
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating various agreements, as well as transaction and corporate documents
- Advising on Commercial transactions
- Conducting legal research and analysis, as well as preparing opinions for clients
- Advising clients on sundry matters, across various industries
- LLB
- Admitted attorney with a strong academic record
- Corporate law experience
- Solid Communication (verbal and written and interpersonal skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Adaptability and resilience
- Good planning, organizing and prioritizing skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills
- Do you have your own transport?
- Are you an admitted attorney with a strong academic record?
- Do you have Corporate Law experience?
- Honours (Preferred)
