Our of our pharmaceutical client based in the East Rand is looking to hire a Commercial Assistant to join them for the duration of 3 months.
Requirements:
 Matric
 Diploma in Administration or office management.
 Minimum of 4 years working experience in an administrative function
 Minimum of 2 years working experience in Accounting and/or bookkeeping function
 Experience with working with multinational shared services department t(must have)
Duties:
 Manage the administrative requirements for the Front end model
 Invoice, payment and contract tracking
 Liaising with GIS team
 Accounting software knowledge (Embrace Advantageous)
 Advance MS Excel (Mainly Spreadsheets)
 Adhoc duties
Knowledge and skills:
 Excellent administrative skills
 Experience of accounting and/or bookkeeping
 Experience with multinational shared services team
 Knowledge of accounting systems
 Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal
 Ability to work calmly under pressure and keep to deadlines
 Ability to work independently but also as part of a small team
