Job Description
We are seeking a suitably qualified Collector to oversee all branch collection functions within our Athlone store. The ideal candidate needs to take ownership of all collection activities and provide support to a sustainable business unit which contributes to the overall success of the organisation.
The successful candidate will be required to:
Call on defaulting customers with the aim of obtaining all the arrears on the account
Collect monies from defaulting customers as a first priority and as a last resort, repossess the merchandise within the Company's strict repossession policies
Arrange a payment plan with customers in arrears for an increased instalment to liquidate arrears
Requirements:
A valid driver's license
Have at least 3 years' experience in debtors' controlling, with good performance results
Be able to work and perform under pressure
Confident, self-motivated and driven to succeed
Must have good communication skills
We require a tough-minded individual who is target driven, thrives on driving performance and is able to work before and after the branch standard operating hours.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From R5614,05 per month
Work Location: In person
