Collections Agent
Job Description
We are in search of a suitably qualified Collections Agent at our Chloorkop Depot site.
1. Physically capable of lifting loading hoses, operating valves, pumps, push and secure 200 kg wheelie bins to load and offload ULO and ULO filters.
2. Take accurate volume measurements and samples of product.
3. Ensure correct and accurate collection advice documents and information is passed on to the
customer and FFS administrators timeously.
4. Ensure samples are given to the relevant lab Technician for analysis.
5. Offload into the correct bulking tanks using the relevant procedure.
6. Ensure the housekeeping at customer and FFS sites are immaculate.
7. Vehicle checklists are conducted as per procedure.
8. All vehicle faults are reported immediately.
9. Ensure the applicable HSE requirements are always followed.
Qualifications and Experience:
1. Minimum:
Matric with C1 (code 10) driver's license and PDP2. Preferable:
EC (code 14) driver's license, Diploma (technical or commercial)3. Minimum:
3 years' liquid bulk driving experience with customer interface4. referable:
Used Lube Oil [ULO] collectionsOther Attributes:
1. Communicate, in English, clearly & accurately (written and spoken).
2. Polite, respectful, and courteous towards customers
3. Trustworthy, reliable & energetic.
4. Able to operate in isolation or remotely.
5. Good interaction with specialist resources & management (internal & external).
