About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Collections Agent to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for recovering outstanding debts, maintaining accurate debtor records, and ensuring both daily productivity and monthly collection targets are met.

Key Responsibilities

Successfully collect outstanding debts on behalf of the company by negotiating timely monthly or settlement payments. Accurately update and maintain debtor details. Achieve daily productivity targets. Consistently meet monthly collections targets.

Requirements

Minimum of

2 years' experience

in a consumer credit collections environment. Minimum qualification:

Matric Certificate.

A relevant

Business or Credit Management qualification

will be advantageous. Sound knowledge of

telephonic collection processes

within a consumer credit environment.

Key Competencies

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Above average typing speed. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.) will be an advantage. Strong organisational and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure. Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
