About the Role

As a

Sales Cold Caller / Appointment Setter

, your primary responsibility is to

generate qualified sales opportunities

for our team. You'll play a vital role in our growth by connecting with potential clients through calls and emails.

Key Responsibilities:

Make

150+ outbound calls daily

Send follow-up emails to prospects Book

at least 4 qualified appointments per week

Compensation

Base Pay:

CAD $700 per month

Commissions:

$250 - $750 monthly (performance-based)

Requirements

At least

1 year experience

doing

B2B Cold Calling/Appointment Setting

Fluent in

English

(written and spoken -- minimum 9/10) Computer with at least

4GB RAM

High-quality

webcam and microphone headset

Stable, high-speed internet (check via Google "internet speed test") Quiet,

distraction-free home workspace

Availability:

Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM MDT

High energy, self-motivated, and strong communication skills Strong work ethic and commitment to

hitting daily goals

Familiarity with

Google Suite

(Drive, Sheets, Gmail, etc.) is an asset
