Job Description
Set up and operate CNC machines according to specifications and technical drawings.
Select and install appropriate tools and attachments for machining tasks.
Monitor machine operations and make necessary adjustments to ensure accuracy.
Conduct inspections and quality checks on finished products.
Troubleshoot and resolve machine issues to minimize downtime.
Maintain accurate records of machine settings and production data.
Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a CNC Setter or in a similar role.
Proficiency in CNC programming and operation.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
Strong understanding of machining principles and tools.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certification in CNC operation or relevant technical training.
Familiarity with advanced CNC software and technologies.
Knowledge of quality control standards and procedures.
Attention to detail and precision.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Between 3 - 5 Years
