Job Summary Key Responsibilities:
1. CNC Machine Setup and Operation:

• Set up and manage CNC machines to perform a variety of tasks.
• Interpret engineering drawings and translate requirements into dimensions for production.
• Ensure CNC machines operate in accordance with company guidelines.
• Oversee machine operations and make necessary adjustments to enhance results.

2. Quality Assurance and Reporting:

• Perform daily checks on machinery to ensure functionality.
• Record all machine actions by completing production and quality logs.
• Verify conformance of machined work to specifications using precision measuring instruments.
• Maintain hourly dimensional audit logs, troubleshoot issues, and conduct preventive maintenance.

3. Team Collaboration:

• Provide timelines to managers and communicate logistics issues to supervisors/managers.
• Assist in training multiple team members on CNC machines and reading measuring tools.
• Collaborate with colleagues from various departments to optimize production efficiency.

4. Safety and Compliance:

• Adhere to strict safety procedures and regulations, including health and safety and ISO requirements.
• Report safety violations, equipment misusage, and improperly performed work to supervisors or managers.
• Maintain a clean and hazard-free work environment.

5. Continuous Improvement:

• Actively seek opportunities to enhance shop productivity and performance.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives and provide input for enhancing operations.
• Contribute to the achievement of personal and team targets.
