Job Description

A high precision manufacturing company requires a skilled CNC Operator which includes working overtime and shift work.
Responsibilities:
Operate CNC machines to manufacture high precision components/parts. Apply safe operating practices. Have good hand skills. Able to accurately interpret technical drawings. Identification and correct use of precision measuring equipment. Sound knowledge of Health and Safety practices. Familiar with ISO standards and quality management procedures. Familiar with job cards. First article inspection and continuous Inspection and dimension reports. Understanding of efficiencies and quality. Good knowledge of gauges, jigs and fixtures. Attention to detail and skilled in high precision machining.
Minimum Requirements:
Minimum educational requirements: NQF Level 2 or Grade 10, N2 or RPL Equivalent. Literacy and Math NQF Level2.
NB: Must have own transport due to shift work requirements.
