Job Title: CNC Operator / CNC Technician
About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Operator/Technician to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC machines to ensure precision and quality in production.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up and operate CNC machines according to specifications and technical drawings. Program CNC machines. Conduct routine maintenance and inspections on CNC equipment. Monitor machine operation to detect and resolve issues promptly. Ensure products meet quality standards and specifications. Keep accurate records of production and machine performance. Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a CNC Operator or similar role. Knowledge of CNC programming and operation . Familiarity with CAD/CAM software is advantageous. Strong attention to detail and precision. Good mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. Ability to work independently and within a team. Relevant technical certification or apprenticeship is preferred.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand for extended periods. Good vision and manual dexterity. Ability to lift moderate weights as required
