What You'll Do:

Set up and operate CNC milling and turning machines



Interpret and work from engineering drawings to produce accurate components



Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting to minimise machine downtime



Maintain tight tolerances and adhere to all quality standards



Collaborate with programmers and production supervisors to streamline processes



Keep the workspace clean, safe, and organised at all times



What You Bring



Minimum 2 years' experience operating CNC machines (milling and/or turning)



Strong knowledge of Fanuc and Haas controllers



Understanding of tool setup, offsets, and material properties



Basic CNC programming skills (Fusion 360 experience is a plus)



Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to precision and quality



Solid understanding of workplace safety protocols



Ability to work independently and under pressure



Preferred Qualifications



Technical certification or training in CNC machining



Experience in job shop or high-precision environments



Team-oriented with strong communication skills
