Job Description
We are seeking and experienced CNC Lathe Setter/Operator
?UALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE/RE?UIREMENTS
Proven experience as a CNC Lathe Programmer/Setter
Previous experience with Victor lathe machines is essential
Strong understanding of machining principles and tool selection
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
High attention to detail and commitment to quality
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES
Programming and setting Victor CNC lathe machines Reading and interpreting engineering drawings Ensuring dimensional accuracy and quality standards are met Performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting as needed Working closely with the production team to meet deadlines and optimise efficiency
