Requirements:

Minimum of 8 years' management experience in hotels or lodges, including at least 2 years in the luxury hospitality or safari lodge sector

A recognised Hospitality related qualification equivalent or in Business Administration, or related field

Strong leadership skills with the proven ability to mentor, motivate, and develop high-performance teams.

Solid financial management, budgeting, forecasting, and cost-control expertise

p
Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills with a guest-centric mindset

p
Proficiency in hotel management software (Opera) and confidence in using online booking platforms

p
Flexibility to work under pressure, including weekends and holidays (essential).

Knowledge of local tourism trends, competitor activity, and reputation management tools

Experience in revenue management, forecasting, and driving occupancy growth

Salary - R50 000 - R70 000 with live-in benefits
