Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cloud Specialist with expertise in software development. You will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and deploying cloud-based solutions.

Job Experience & Skills Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in software development with a strong focus on cloud technologies.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C#.
• Extensive experience working with AWS services, including EC2, S3, Lambda, API Gateway, and CloudFormation.
• Strong knowledge of Azure services such as Azure App Service, Azure Functions, Azure SQL Database, and Azure Storage.
• Expertise in containerization using Docker and container orchestration with Kubernetes.
• Solid understanding of software development methodologies and practices, including CI/CD.
• Familiarity with DevOps principles and tools for infrastructure automation.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows.

KPA's:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and architect cloud-based solutions.
• Develop and deploy cloud-native applications leveraging AWS and Azure services.
• Containerize applications using Docker and manage container orchestration with Kubernetes.
• Implement scalable and fault-tolerant systems using cloud technologies.
• Design and optimize CI/CD pipelines to automate software delivery and deployment.
• Ensure adherence to security best practices and implement robust security measures.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to cloud infrastructure and software applications.
• Monitor performance, availability, and scalability of cloud-based systems.
• Collaborate with software development teams to integrate cloud services and capabilities into applications.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies, trends, and best practices in cloud computing and software development.
