Job Summary Cloud Engineer - Hybrid (POS 23117) Hybrid/ Remotely R 45 000 to R 70 000 per month Job Info: Much of what is being built is a world first, so expect a diverse range of tasks requiring development in different areas, including AWS, container orchestration (Kubernetes), infrastructure as code (Terraform) and general infrastructure automation, maintenance and optimisation. More advanced infrastructure knowledge like blue green deploys and logging infrastructure are beneficial but not mandatory. A large part of the build will be greenfields works. Requirements Tertiary Qualification 9+ years relevant experience Industry knowledge: Agile methodologies, Software development lifecycle, Systems analysis, Solution architecture, IT strategy, cloud infrastructure management Skills: AWS or Azure, Kubernetes (or similar container orchestration framework), Terraform (or similar declarative infrastructure as code tech), CICD pipelines, infrastructure automation, DR process setup and management, cost management and alerting, alerting and monitoring setup Beneficial: Logging infrastructure setup and management, blue green deploys Closing Date: 30 June 2023 Please only submit CV if you meet ALL the requirements.
