Job Summary Responsibilities:
We are seeking skilled and seasoned Senior Cloud Engineers who will be accountable for:
Designing, deploying, and upkeeping cloud infrastructure on AWS and Azure platforms.
Collaborating with architecture and development teams for cloud solutions aligned with business needs.
Offering technical support for Linux and Windows-based systems.
Optimizing and monitoring cloud resources for performance, security, and cost-efficiency.
Resolving intricate technical issues related to cloud services, Linux, and Windows environments.
Implementing and supervising DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and automation.
Conducting routine system audits and security assessments to identify vulnerabilities and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Guiding and mentoring junior team members, promoting skill enhancement and knowledge exchange.
Staying current with industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend enhancements for the cloud infrastructure.
Providing technical expertise to product support, business support, and development teams.

Minimum Requirements: Qualification / Experience Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
A minimum of 5 years' proven experience as a Cloud Engineer with expertise in AWS and Azure platforms.
Proficiency in Linux and Windows system administration and troubleshooting (minimum 5 years).
Experience in implementing and managing DevOps practices and tools.
Strong grasp of networking concepts and protocols.
Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect, or equivalent.
Proficient scripting skills (Python, Bash, PowerShell, etc.).
Exceptional problem-solving abilities and effective collaboration in a team environment.
Strong communication skills for engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
Familiarity with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools like Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
Knowledge of database administration (MsSQL, MySQL) is a plus.

Knowledge:
Translate architectural requirements into cloud solutions/deployments.
Choose appropriate services based on compute, data, or security requirements.
Deploy, manage, and operate scalable, highly available, and fault-tolerant systems.
Strong networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Subnets, Routing, Firewalls).
Implement 24/6/365 monitoring and detection with alerts using tools like CloudWatch.
Deploy and implement various Cloud or Open Source-based tools.
Implement security best practices, such as IAM, least privileges, etc.
Proficiency in CI/CD techniques.
Manage cloud budget and optimize costs.
Experience with serverless workloads (Lambda, API Gateway).
Experience in Docker and Kubernetes.
