Job Description

Design, develop, and implement automation solutions for cloud database services, focusing on integration withexisting systems and processes.

Create and maintain scripts and tools to automate routine tasks, deployments, and configurations across cloud platforms (AWS and Azure).

Collaborate with the global security team to implement and automate security best practices, including identity and access management, encryption, and compliance controls.

Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for database and application deployments in cloud environments.

Implement infrastructure-as-code (IaC) solutions using tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or ARM templates.

Automate monitoring, alerting, and reporting processes for cloud database services.

Work with the development teams to integrate automated processes into self-service portals.

Collaborate with Cloud Database Engineers to automate database management tasks, including provisioning, scaling, and maintenance.

Develop and maintain documentation for all automation processes and tools.

Continuously evaluate and implement new automation technologies and methodologies to improve efficiency and reliability.



Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.



Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT automation, with at least 3 years focused on cloud technologies.



Relevant cloud certifications (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Azure DevOps Engineer Expert).



Demonstrated expertise in Agile working methods.
