Clinical Training Coordinator
Job Description
Our client, a leading private healthcare provider in Rustenburg, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Nurse Educator to coordinate and deliver clinical training programmes aligned with SANC education standards and hospital objectives.
Requirements:
Registered with SANC as a Professional Nurse/Midwife
Degree/Diploma in Nursing
Post-basic qualification in Nursing Education registered with SANC
2-3 years experience in a clinical training or education role
Strong understanding of SANC requirements and nursing education legislation
Excellent facilitation, assessment, and presentation skills
Computer literacy essential
Ability to mentor and develop clinical staff effectively
