Should be prepared to travel as instructed by the line manager to supported sites
Ensure good working relations with all staff at supported sites
Ensure regular feedback to the program lead as instructed by line manager
Conduct systematic and analytical review of priority indicators under guidance of Local Program lead
Support sites in the implementation of current ART guidelines and policies
Ensure clinical stationary is well understood and completed by all staff at supported sites
Implement quality improvement plans

Minimum Required Qualifications and Experience

A diploma/Degree in Nursing
SANC Certificate & Registration
NIMART certificate, APC training
3 years experience in Health Programme
PC literate (word and excel)
1 year experience in a Technical Assistance role (Training, mentoring and quality improvement initiatives)
