- Investigation of Customer Complaints/Technical problems.
- To provide technical service to both Marketing/Sales and Production Functions.
- Co-ordinate the manufacture and trial of experimental products for customers.
- Evaluation of alternative raw materials.
- Assist in implementing new/improved chemical process technologies.
- Collect and evaluate process data, interpret results and make value adding conclusions
- Document, communicate and archive results.
- Provide process support to projects.
- To provide technical expertise for:
- - product composition and properties
- - problem prevention
- - root cause or failure analysis
- Studying towards a National Diploma in Chemical Engineering or Analytical Chemistry
- Completed S4 theory, all subjects passed
