MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB
To plan and facilitate identified training and development interventions to ensure competency of all staff.
KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS
Assist with recruitment and manage selection and onboarding of new agency candidates.
Establish a learning culture
Compile learning and development reports
REQUIRED EDUCATION
ESSENTIAL EDUCATION : Degree or Diploma in Nursing with Midwifery
SANC Registration
DESIRED EDUCATION: Diploma or Degree in Nursing Education
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
ESSENTIAL MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: At least 2 years' experience as a registered nurse in a clinical setting
DESIRED EXPERIENCE : 1-2 years' experience as a mentor; 1-2 years' experience as a Workplace assessor in a specific healthcare setting (e.g. nursing - general training BLS instructor with a current license).
