Job Summary A company that is credible in delivering staffing solutions, workforce management, medical fitness screening and home care has an opportunity for a Clinical Facilitator in KwaZulu Natal. To maintain and grow the Charisma data base by identifying and registering all potential candidates wanting to work through Charisma. Ensure the quality and ongoing performance of the Charisma Assignees by identifying training needs and the monitoring and managing of their performance management at the clinical interface while ensuring that principles of the Labour Relations Act are applied to all assignees during the course of their Charisma duties. National Diploma in Nursing or related discipline Registered Nurse with current SANC registration Minimum of 3 years post graduate experience A minimum of 2 years Private Hospital work experience ICU experience essential Intermediate computer skills, including all Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Email) Code 8 driverxc3xa2xe2x82xacxe2x84xa2s license and own transport essential PRIMARY RESPONSIBILTIES Recruitment of Assignees Registration, induction and orientation of assignees On- going upskilling and clinical evaluations of assignees Enforcing Charisma policy and procedure at the clinical interface Ensuring and enforcing that the Charisma assignees adhere to the policy and procedure of the clients to which they are allocated Monitoring and managing the conduct and performance of the Charisma assignees at the clinical interface Retention of assignees Developing and maintaining sound relationships with the clients Engaging with the Nurse Managers and Unit Managers, to identify staffing requirements and to identify and assist with proactive solutions Attending various appropriate meetings at the clinical interface Assisting with the maintenance and integrity of the data base Record keeping, compiling or reports, monitoring trends and statistics On- going personal development ensuring that knowledge and skills is current to the clinical environment COMPETENCIES Excellent Interpersonal and interactive skills Ability to function independently and interdependently Sound administrative skills Excellent planning and organizational skills Excellent time management skills and flexibility Excellent written and verbal communication skills Knowledge and insight into performance management and the disciplinary process Knowledge and insight into Basic Conditions of Employment Act Excellent clinical skills and a sound body of knowledge
