Clinical Facilitator

Our client in the Healthcare industry is currently looking for a Clinical Facilitator, in Cape Town.

Responsibilities:

Develop the competence of all nursing staff.
Ensure the correct application of nursing procedures and policies.
Identify training needs to guide the development of appropriate clinical training interventions.
Promote a culture of continuous professional development.

Requirements:

Degree/Diploma in General Nursing with Midwifery.
Unit Specific Certificate or Diploma where appropriate (e.g., Emergency Centre/Operating Theatre/Critical Care Unit).
2 yearsxe2x80x99 Clinical experience as a Professional Nurse and 2 years as a Workplace Assessor.
Facilitation skill.
Assessment skills.
Infection prevention and control (IPC) principles and protocols.
Clinical risk management.
Relevant Nursing legislation.
