Your Role:
As our Client Support Setup Specialist, youll be instrumental in:
-Configuring and optimizing customer service platforms to meet client needs.
-Enhancing implementation processes to deliver exceptional client service.
-Creating and maintaining detailed setup tutorials and SOPs.
-Auditing and optimizing platforms for peak performance.
-Providing support to Onboarding Specialists with platform-related queries.
-Reporting on progress and analytics to keep the team informed.
What We're Looking For:
-Experience: 3+ years in Customer Service, with an IT or Computer Science background preferred.
-Skills: Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets, strong research and analytical skills, and excellent communication.
-Knowledge: Familiarity with eCommerce tools like Gorgias, Shopify, Zendesk, etc. is a plus.
-Attributes: Detail-oriented, self-starter with high energy and motivational skills.
Technical Requirements:
Personal PC or laptop with at least 15 Mbps for upload & download speed.
