R410,000 - R465,000 (depending on experience)

As a Client Success Manager at Punch! you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients' success and satisfaction. You will be responsible for client onboarding, maintaining strong client relationships, facilitating client meetings, gathering metrics and insights for reports, building client reports, quality control, program optimisations, and upselling/cross-selling opportunities.
About you
2 years working within a Sales or Marketing Agency or Department, Customer Success, Relationship Management, or Account Management role
Previous B2B marketing experience would be greatly advantageous
Able to proactively build and maintain client relationships
Can communicate effectively with clients at all levels, maintaining a positive and professional attitude
Able to balance client expectations with the needs and capabilities of the team and company
Have exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
Highly organised and able to manage their time between multiple clients
Day-to-Day
Ensure client onboarding timelines are followed and milestones met, to ensure a smooth client experience
Manage the risk of scope creep, ensuring work is delivered on time and matches client expectations
Show an eagerness to keep on top of market trends, marketing insights, and understand best practice B2B sales and digital ad execution
Manage client onboarding process, ensuring timelines are met and maintaining clear communication
Work with Sales Development Manager to monitor resource allocation and work schedule within your team, addressing any conflicts promptly.
Independently conduct client meetings and calls to build trust and develop relationships
Become a trusted advisor for our clients, understanding their challenges, building on existing relationships, and spotting new business opportunities within the existing client teams by providing strategic advice and recommendations
Work closely with the Client Services Director to ensure client retention and retainer renewals
Communicate and coordinate with Sales Development Managers, to ensure deliverables are understood, and to achieve an excellent client experience
Manage the development of strategy and insights, to optimise programmes and drive results
