We are a fast-growing virtual assistant recruitment agency seeking a dynamic and driven
Client Success Manager
to take ownership of business development, lead generation, client acquisition, and sales strategy across the UK.
This is a high-impact, KPI-driven role focused on bringing in a minimum of
5 new clients per month.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the UK market
Conduct discovery calls with leads to understand their business needs and position our services as the solution
Call cold and warm leads to generate interest and close deals
Launch and manage LinkedIn lead generation campaigns to consistently fill your sales pipeline
Implement email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and convert prospects
Run WhatsApp broadcasts and messaging campaigns to engage leads directly
Host webinars and virtual events to showcase our services and attract new clients
Post consistently on LinkedIn, including value-driven content, testimonials, and case studies to drive visibility and inbound leads
Use CRM (Lernify) to track, manage, and convert leads efficiently
Collaborate with marketing to execute effective sales strategies and targeted outreach
Collaborate with the Marketing team to deliver the 4 pillars of video content each month: 2 x Portrait videos, 1 x Loom video, 1 x YouTube vlog, 1 x Live@5
Campaign reporting
Achieve and exceed monthly client acquisition KPIs
Stay up to date with market trends and competitor offerings in the VA/recruitment space
Requirements:
Min 3-5 years with a proven track record in business development, sales, or lead generation (recruitment/property industry experience a bonus)
Comfortable and confident on discovery calls and cold outreach
Strong understanding of LinkedIn sales tactics and social selling
Experience running email and messaging campaigns
Confident using CRMs (Lernify or similar)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized with a self-motivated, target-driven mindset
Ability to manage your own pipeline and calendar effectively
Creative and proactive in driving new business
Tech & Equipment Requirements:
Own computer or laptop
Reliable ADSL/Fibre internet connection
Noise-cancelling headphones with mic (for calls/VOIP)
Anti-virus protection
UPS/back-up battery for load shedding (Non-Negotiable)
