owner generated ads on FB & IG

for our clients, and to make sure they win, we provide

"And What Do My Responsibilities Look Like?"



Ensuring the success of our clients

. You're the go-to person when clients need help or run into issues.

Maintain strong client relationships.

Become friends with clients, be proactive, and demonstrate that we genuinely care.

Coach clients on sales and business strategy.

We'll provide you with frameworks, but you'll need to think critically and help clients make better decisions.

Communicate clearly and consistently.

Keep both clients and the internal team updated at all times.

Onboarding & offboarding clients

. Run onboarding calls, check-in calls, handle billing, and more.

Create and refine SOPs and systems

-- we move fast, and your work should be structured and scalable.

Innovate on client success strategies

. You own the role, so make it better!

Upselling clients

on new services & products they might genuinely need to improve their results.

Troubleshoot issues quickly

-- whether it's Meta, GoHighLevel, or other tools we use.

Perfect spoken & written English.

Solid knowledge of marketing & digital advertising

(Facebook ads).

Customer service experience.

Sales experience.

Amazing communication & team collaboration skills.

Fast learner.

Details:



Salary:

Base USD$1,800/month + Bonuses (OTE 2.6k to 3.5k+)

Hours:

40-45h per week.

Days:

Monday to Friday.

Schedule:

10am to 6pm Eastern time.
