Client Success Manager

to ensure our real estate clients achieve maximum ROI from our customized solutions. Our mission is to transform client acquisition in the real estate industry, and we're on track to hit half a million by the end of 2025. If you're client-centric, technically proficient in Meta Ads, and can drive client retention and growth through exceptional service, we want to hear from you!

This role is crucial for our clients' long-term success and our agency's continued growth. You'll be the bridge between our high-ticket sales team and the ongoing success of our real estate agent partners, leveraging your expertise to ensure their campaigns are optimized and their goals are met.

What You'll Do:



Onboarding & Relationship Building:

Seamlessly onboard new clients, building strong, lasting relationships from day one and becoming their trusted advisor.

Meta Paid Ads Strategy & Oversight:

Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding their Meta Paid Ads campaigns. Understand their objectives, review campaign performance, provide strategic recommendations for optimization, and ensure alignment with their business goals.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting:

Proactively monitor client campaign performance, analyze data, and prepare insightful reports that clearly communicate results, ROI, and areas for improvement.

Proactive Client Management:

Regularly connect with clients to assess their satisfaction, anticipate their needs, identify potential issues, and implement solutions to ensure ongoing success and retention.

Upsell & Cross-sell Opportunities:

Identify opportunities for clients to expand their services with Gr8t Digital based on their evolving needs and performance, working collaboratively with the sales team when needed.

Exceptional Customer Service:

Provide unparalleled customer service, responding to client inquiries promptly, empathetically, and effectively, ensuring a positive and seamless client experience.

Feedback Loop:

Gather client feedback and insights to share with internal teams (sales, marketing, delivery) to continuously improve our services and product offerings.

Client Education:

Educate clients on best practices for leveraging our services and understanding the intricacies of Meta Paid Ads for their specific real estate business.

What You'll Bring:



Meta Paid Ads Expertise:

Proven, hands-on experience in managing, optimizing, and analyzing Meta Paid Ads campaigns (Facebook/Instagram Ads). You should understand ad creatives, targeting, bidding strategies, and reporting.

Sales Acumen:

A strong understanding of sales principles and experience in identifying opportunities for client growth and expansion within existing accounts.

Client-Centric Mindset:

A genuine passion for client success and a natural ability to build rapport, trust, and long-term relationships.

Exceptional Customer Service:

Demonstrated experience providing outstanding customer service, solving problems, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Communication Pro:

Fluent in English with superior verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex concepts clearly and persuasively.

Analytical Skills:

Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable strategies for clients.

Problem-Solving Skills:

A proactive approach to identifying and resolving client challenges efficiently and effectively.

Organizational Prowess:

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, capable of managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.

Real Estate Industry Knowledge (Plus):

While not strictly required, familiarity with the real estate industry and the challenges agents face in client acquisition is a significant advantage.

Canadian Based:

Must be based in Canada.
