Role Overview
The Client Success Associate (CSA) is responsible for ensuring clients achieve measurable business results and long-term satisfaction. You will be the primary point of contact for assigned clients, guiding them through onboarding, supporting ongoing performance, and maintaining retention.This role is perfect for someone who:

Base Salary (based on experience):
R25,000 - R45,000 per month (ZAR)
Commission & Incentives:
Performance-based commission linked to client retention and account performance
Additional incentives for exceeding retention and client satisfaction targets

Support client onboarding and ensure smooth transitions from sales
Act as the main point of contact for client questions, updates, and issues

Build long-term client relationships to support retention and growth
Maintain accurate records in CRM and project management tools

Ideal Candidate Profile
2+ years' experience in Client Success, Account Management, or Customer Support
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Comfortable managing multiple clients remotely
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Emotionally intelligent and confident in client-facing conversations
Comfortable learning and using CRM and digital tools
