Job Description
- Orientate new Specialists and General Practitioners
- Regular visits to Specialists and General Practitioners
- Maintain a database of Specialists and General Practitioners
- Conducting ward rounds and interaction with patients
- General hospital marketing
- Distribute and maintain marketing material stock levels
- Coordinate corporate functions and events
- Manage and market various Melomed support programs at hospital level
- Compile and submit all required reports
- Build and maintain relationships with the various external stakeholders: ie media
- Ensure client expectations are met
- Ensure quality client services principles are maintained
- Ensure that all patient queries are addressed and resolved
- Uphold the Melomed professional image and standards
- Uphold the Melomed corporate image and standards
- Exhibit a culture of service delivery
- Matric
- Marketing or Public Relations qualification and experience
- Previous experience working in a healthcare/hospital environment
- Valid Driver's License and own car
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent computer skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to cope well under pressure
