• You'll be the key contact for a portfolio of high-value clients, ensuring smooth onboarding, accurate reporting, and timely resolution of queries.

• You'll work cross-functionally with investment, operations, and compliance teams to deliver a seamless client experience.

Requirements
This role will suit you if you are:

• A holder of a relevant tertiary qualification (e.g. Finance, Investment, Commerce, Accounting).

• A client service professional with 3-5 years' experience in asset management, financial services, or a similar operational role

• Someone who's confident managing multiple priorities, solving problems, and communicating with clarity

• A detail-oriented thinker who's comfortable with CRM systems, reporting tools, and Microsoft Office (advanced Excel)

• A collaborator who builds trust easily and enjoys working across teams to improve processes and elevate client experience

In addition, it will be useful if you:

• Understand investment products and asset classes

• Have experience with platforms like Charles River, Hiport, or Microsoft Dynamics 365

• Are familiar with regulatory frameworks and audit processes in financial services
