To further complement our services, we have a growing talent practice which focuses on finding the best candidates on the market with a 'non-recruitment' founding team. Role Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Client Relationship Manager with specialised expertise in Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) solutions and experience working with UK clients to join our team. This role is pivotal in building and nurturing strategic client relationships, ensuring the successful delivery of EPM initiatives, and driving customer satisfaction and long-term retention.
As a Client Relationship Manager, you will act as a trusted advisor to our clients, helping them leverage EPM technologies to optimise financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analytics. You will collaborate closely with senior stakeholders to understand their business objectives, translate them into actionable solutions, and ensure that our services deliver measurable value.
This position requires a unique blend of business acumen, technical understanding, and relationship management skills. You will not only manage day-to-day client interactions but also proactively identify opportunities for growth, process improvement, and innovation within client organisations.
Key Responsibilities
Client Engagement & Relationship Management
+ Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, fostering long-term partnerships
+ Understand client business objectives and align EPM solutions to meet their strategic goals
+ Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services
Project Coordination
+ Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of EPM projects
+ Monitor project progress, manage client expectations, and resolve issues promptly
Solution Expertise
+ Provide guidance on EPM best practices, tools, and methodologies
+ Translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly language for stakeholders
Performance Monitoring
+ Track client satisfaction metrics and implement improvement plans where necessary
+ Prepare and deliver regular performance reports and strategic recommendations
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, IT, or related field
Proven experience in client relationship management within a technology or consulting environment
Previous work with UK clients
Strong knowledge of Enterprise Performance Management platforms (e.g., Oracle Hyperion, Anaplan, SAP BPC, OneStream)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
