Key Responsibilities
Act as the first line of communication for inbound warm leads via email, phone, or form submissions.
Qualify and document leads accurately in the CRM or intake system.
Schedule consultations or follow-up calls with prospective clients.
Maintain an organized and up-to-date record of all communications.
Coordinate between the sales/recruitment team and prospective clients to ensure smooth handovers.
Identify and flag high-priority or time-sensitive opportunities.
Maintain a professional, friendly, and structured client experience at all times.

Requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills warm, confident, and personable.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through.
Comfortable working independently and thinking ahead to solve issues before they arise.
Tech-savvy and able to manage structured workflows and CRM systems.
Previous experience in client intake, sales coordination, or customer service preferred.
