Job Summary About the Role: As a Client Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping profitable campaigns and sustaining relationships with key institutional clients. Your responsibilities extend beyond mere client management to strategic planning, campaign execution, and driving growth. Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Experience: Direct Marketing and dealing with senior-level clients. Industry Insight: Experience with large South African institutes, preferably insurance/banking services. Skills: Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills. Key Responsibilities & Duties: Act as the vital link between the Client and the company. Formulate and deliver Client strategies, including profitability analysis, forecasting, and campaign planning. Project manage campaigns to meet internal SLAs on timings, profitability, and capacity. Retain existing business profitably year on year. Supervise the coordinated work of relevant departments to meet campaign deadlines and budget. Provide in-depth consultation to the Client, including product development and marketing strategies.
