Role Overview





We're looking for two Remote Client & Administrative Coordinators to join our UK admin team. This role is perfect if you enjoy organisation, problem-solving, and keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes.



You'll be at the heart of our operations, managing admin tasks, supporting clients, and working closely with surveyors. This is administration-focused, not a call-centre role, and requires property-related or role-specific experience, such as maintaining WIP sheets, sending reports to clients, and following up with surveyors.

What You'll Be Doing





Client Support & Communication




Handle client emails and enquiries professionally and efficiently. Take accurate details for valuations or building surveys. Follow up with clients to make sure everything runs smoothly. Administrative Coordination Maintain a 'work in progress' (WIP) job sheet tracking ongoing and completed jobs. Send reports to clients on time. Remind and chase surveyors if reports are becoming due. Prepare and send quotes for valuations and surveys. Manage diaries and schedule site inspections. Generate, send, and follow up on invoices.


Team Support




Work closely with UK-based admin staff and surveyors to keep operations running smoothly. Contribute ideas to improve processes and client communications. Help with other admin tasks as needed.


What We're Looking For




Property related or role specific administrative experience is essential (WIP sheets, client reports, surveyor liaison). Solid experience in admin or client support. Excellent written and spoken English. Highly organised and detail oriented. Comfortable managing multiple tasks and deadlines. Confident using email, spreadsheets, and scheduling tools; Microsoft 365 experience is a bonus. Professional and friendly approach to clients and colleagues. Experience working remotely and independently. Familiarity with UK business operations and time zones. Experience with CRM systems or job-tracking tools is a plus.

Fully remote from South Africa.
Monday- Friday
UK working hours (flexibility needed to overlap with UK office hours). Full-time positions (2 roles available).

Salary:
