Job Specification
Reporting to the Fuel Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for the receipt/issuing and dispatching of merchandise, materials, supplies and products. Verifies items against orders/invoices and inspects condition and records items according to established procedures.
Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12
• 2 years related experience
• Computer literate with good people skills and who can work independently

Key performance indicators include:

• Fuel stock receipts capturing
• Handling of orders and invoices for services and expenses
• Control over and handling of stock takes
• Handling inquiries
• Liaising with Customers
• Handling / checking of stock
• Office administration related to the aforementioned
• Ad hoc tasks as required from time to time
