Clearing And Forwarding Controller
Job Description
- Manage customs clearance processes for imports and exports
- Coordinate with clients, agents, and customs officials
- Ensure compliance with regulations and laws
- Prepare and submit customs documents
- Track and monitor shipments
- Resolve clearance issues and disputes
- Provide excellent customer service
- Maintain accurate records and reports
- Handle cargo across dry bulk, liquid bulk, break bulk, and container market sectors
- Manage Bond Warehousing, S.O.S (Ship to Shore/ Shore to Ship), O.S (Overlanded/Shorted) cargo, and Cross Border operations
