xc3xa2xc2xaa Apply policy and procedure when handling claims.
xc3xa2xc2xaa Appropriate and timely resolution of claims.
xc3xa2xc2xaa Appropriately communicate settlement outcome to policyholderbeneficiary.
xc3xa2xc2xaa Appropriately keep records of all items related to a claim.
xc3xa2xc2xaa Obtain and examine relevant information to validate the claim.
xc3xa2xc2xaa Investigate and resolve claim exceptions and queries.
xc3xa2xc2xaa Where required, accurately draft a settlement letter and submit it for management approval.xc3x82
xc3xa2xc2xaa Ensure claim outcome is fair and follows regulatory guideline
xc3xa2xc2xaa Demonstrate treating customers fairly through resolution of claims.
xc3xa2xc2xaa Act in the best interest of the customer and the company.

Experience/Skills, Qualification
xc3xa2xc2xaa Grade 12Matric
xc3xa2xc2xaa Previous claims handling experience (advantageous)
xc3xa2xc2xaa Previous experience as a representative on FSP license (advantageous)
xc3xa2xc2xaa PC Literate xc3xa2xe2x82xac Basic understanding and use of Microsoft suite
xc3xa2xc2xaa Bilingual (Advantageous)
xc3xa2xc2xaa Work well under pressure.
xc3xa2xc2xaa Must be deadline-driven and complete tasks within given timelines.
