• Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to extract meaningful insights from claims data, informing strategic decisions and process improvements

Technology Integration:

• Identify and implement technology solutions that enhance claims processing efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction
• Work with IT teams to integrate software applications, AI tools, and automation platforms to optimize workflows

Claims Process Enhancement:

• Evaluate existing claims procedures and develop data-driven strategies to optimize efficiency and reduce processing times
• Implement digital workflows and automation to streamline claims submissions, assessments, approvals, and settlements

Client Engagement and Communication:

• Utilise data insights to enhance client communication by providing real-time updates, tailored recommendations, and transparency into claims status
• Leverage technology to create self-service portals for clients to access claims information and track progress

Compliance and Reporting:

• Ensure claims processes adhere to industry regulations and compliance standards
• Generate comprehensive data-driven reports for internal stakeholders, management, and regulatory bodies

Stakeholder Collaboration:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, legal, underwriting, and customer service, to align technology solutions with business objectives
• Collaborate with external technology partners to explore innovative tools and trends in the claims industry

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g.SQL) and visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
