Process and manage claims submitted by clients on the portal
Review claim details and compare them with the insurer's documentation.
Make claims "live" once verified.
Prepare daily payments for clients.
Process quotes for parts and issue authorizations for suppliers.
Ensure payments from insurers are received and follow up when necessary.
Monitor clients' bank accounts daily and allocate funds correctly.
Ensure clients stay within their limits and do not default due to non-payment.
Handle clients professionally, even in difficult situations.
Follow established processes carefully to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
Strong administrative skills.
Senior Certificate - a relevant Diploma or Certificate will be beneficial
Accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Good problem-solving skills.
Experience in claims, finance, or insurance is an advantage.
