As a Civil/Structural Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, analyzing, and overseeing the construction of various structures, ensuring their stability and integrity. You will work closely with a team of engineers to develop innovative solutions, utilizing your technical knowledge and problem-solving skills. Additionally, you will be involved in project management, coordinating with clients and stakeholders to ensure timely and successful project completion.

Responsibilities

• Conducting feasibility studies and site inspections to assess project requirements and constraints
• Designing and analyzing civil and structural engineering projects using computer-aided design (CAD) software
• Preparing detailed technical drawings, specifications, and reports for construction projects
• Collaborating with architects, contractors, and other professionals to ensure the successful completion of projects
• Ensuring compliance with industry standards, codes, and regulations
• Conducting calculations and analysis to determine structural integrity and stability
• Managing project budgets and timelines, identifying and resolving any issues that may arise
• Providing technical advice and support to clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Just received or about to receive ECSA Pr Eng/Pr Tech
• Proven experience as a Civil/Structural Engineer or a similar role
• Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software and structural analysis software
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
• Knowledge of industry standards, codes, and regulations
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
