Job Description
A reputable, prominent client in Port Elizabeth is urgently looking for Civil Site Agents
These immediate opportunities offer the chance to contribute significantly to a company that is making headway in the Construction Industry
As Site Agent you will play a crucial role in the successful execution of civil engineering and construction projects
Requirements:
BSc/BEng/BTech/ NDip in Civil Engineering
Minimum 5 years of proven experience in civil works and building industry
Extensive background in roads projects (construction rehabilitation maintenance)
Solid experience in bulk earthworks and cut-to-fill operations
Track record of successfully managing roads and civil infrastructure sites
Knowledge of pavement design earthworks principles and drainage systems
Contract administration experience
Experience with various contract forms
(GCC FIDIC NEC JBCC)
Understanding of COLTO and SANS specifications for roads projects
Valid driver's license (Code B minimum)
