MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Minimum of five (5) years' experience in a similar role.
Proven mechanical competency and hands-on technical ability.
Borehole and irrigation knowledge, particularly related to the Limpopo River or similar environments.
Demonstrated experience in citrus development projects and tree management.
Strong leadership and people management track record.
Excellent administrative and computer literacy
Proven ability in planning, coordination, and analytical thinking.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making
Willingness to work remotely, including weekends or irregular hours when required.
Must be in good physical health, able to perform field-based and physically demanding tasks in hot conditions.
Willing to reside in a remote area (far from shops, schools, and urban centres).
