Job Description
Job Summary Personnel & Administration: Oversee labour planning and management, maintain accurate records, arrange transport and accommodation, and ensure proper maintenance of equipment, orchards, and general infrastructure
Financial: Ensure cost control by focusing on efficiency and productivity
Requirements:
- Post-matric qualification in Agriculture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in citrus cultivation
- Knowledge of modern production practices
- Specific experience in irrigation practices will be advantageous
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Computer literacy with proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel)
