We are seeking a CIMA-qualified Management Accountant to support financial performance reporting and business analysis for a US-based business. This role blends financial insight with hands-on financial modelling and reporting setup, making it ideal for someone who enjoys working close to the numbers.

Responsibilities:

Preparing monthly management accounts & financial reporting packs Building and maintaining KPI dashboards & financial models Budgeting, forecasting, and rolling financial planning Variance analysis and profitability reporting Supporting cost control and margin optimisation Assisting operational leadership with financial insight Improving reporting structures and financial processes Working with Excel and BI tools to create analysis frameworks Ability to attend the office when required

Requirements:

Fully CIMA-qualified Strong background in management accounting & analysis Advanced Excel and data-driven mindset Strong commercial and financial understanding Excellent English communication skills Ability to operate independently in a remote role * Availability to work full-time on EST hours
