With a minimum B Tech in Occupational Health Nursing and 5 years of relevant experience, you will manage occupational health initiatives, collaborate with health practitioners, and provide emergency medical services when necessary. You will supervise and inspire the nursing team, optimise staffing, and manage a medical budget effectively. Your role includes maintaining a safe work environment, promoting health and safety, and implementing HIV/AIDS and TB programs.
