Job Description


Develop and implement marketing campaigns across various channels, with a strong focus on SEO in an IT environment
Conduct market research and analyze consumer behaviour to identify new opportunities within the industry
Develop and implement the brand strategy to enhance our corporate image and market positioning
Manage budgets for marketing campaigns, ensuring a strong focus on ROI and SEO performance metrics
Track and analyze key performance metrics to measure the success of marketing initiatives in an E-Commerce environment
Direct brand research and development efforts to stay ahead of the competition
Collaborate closely with the Customer and Product teams to provide them with appropriate content, tools, and materials to meet their commercial objectives
Oversee advertising and promotion activities, including print, online, electronic media, and direct mail
Work closely with the Product Management team to define content, marketing materials, and programs
Establish and maintain a consistent corporate image across all categories, product lines, promotional materials, and events
Manage social media presence and implement programs to improve social media reputation and recognition
Develop and deliver corporate communication strategies for the organization
Stay updated on competitive environment and consumer trends through continuous analysis
Establish and maintain relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners

Requirements:
Bachelor's or master's degree in marketing
Proven track record in developing and implementing branding and marketing strategies
Minimum of 8 years of experience in brand marketing, preferably in a B2B environment
Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously
Demonstrated experience with digital marketing channels and analytics tools
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies and campaigns
Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and extract insights to inform marketing decisions
Proven track record of success in a senior marketing role
Up-to-date knowledge of current and online marketing techniques and best practices
Thorough knowledge of web analytics
Customer-oriented approach and aptitude
